It has a wonderful, soft, liquid-gel consistency that thoroughly cleanses all traces of makeup & rinses well. The smell of the cleanser is just wonderful; it is strong, but not overpowering. I love the fact that there are so many beautiful ingredients you can actually smell & identify, nothing like the usual artificial fragrances on the market.
