I found that this leave-in conditioner did help with frizz (especially down at the coast) and definately gave my hair a sleek, healthy looking shine. It's great to apply to wet hair to get the messier bedhead look. I also have fine hair that's heat damaged form my endless use of heat stylers, this is not the best leave-in conditioner i've used, but it's not too bad either. It was really easy to apply, and left my hair feeling smooth and silky.
