This product sticks to its word when it says that it removes dry, rough and hard skin and buffs it smooth. After the very first use my feet was smooth and the roughness of my heels were gone. This is also very easy to use, it comes with an easy to grip and because of how thin it is, it really is easy to hold. It comes with a handing hook making it easy to store as well. This footfile is washable and reusable as well which makes it a perfect buy, my only concern is the price.
