It has a creamy application but dries off matte and translucent. Easy to use and it really makes a noticeable difference. I bought my Primer Potion from a Sephora overseas and I am enjoying every second of it. Many people say that the price is too high, but this is technically a Lancome product (as Lance own Urban Decay). And when used in conjunction with the Naked palette it really comes into it's own.
