VO5 smoothly does it: Curl Defining Mousse

I have naturally curly hair that's on the frizzy side. When I use this product on damp hair it does wonders for my curls by eliminating the frizz. I don't heat style when using this.. When my hair dries my curls are so much more pronounced and bouncy. I use a fair amount as I have really thick hair, it doesn't weigh my hair down or make it feel greasy. It really saves me time and all the fuss associated with heat styling.

I also had mom try some on her damp hair ,she too has Frizzy hair, and when her hair dried naturally, her curls looked amazing .

This is the only mousse I use as it does not dry out my hair like some of the others. My hair is prone to frizzing and this keeps it in check like nothing else. I get nice defined curls that look lovely and I love to pull on them and watch them bounce back.

The other big thing that I love is that if I am late and do not have time to do my hair due to oversleeping I can just wet my hair a little bit and add a little more mousse here and there and I am good to go again, I will walk from store to store to get this and I do not care how much it costs though it is not really that pricey

This Mousse is actually for people who have naturally curly or permed hair, however, I still purchased it because it would give me a frizz free finish, enhance my curls and can be used for the smoothest straightened hair. I was quite excited to give it a try, and so this weekend I went curl crazy.

I applied the mousse to my damp towel dried hair and blow dried my hair as normal, once my hair was dry I could feel a lovely smooth feeling to my hair, excited, I grabbed my Cloud Nine Curling Wand and begun my magic. After half an hour of curling, I was complete, my hair looked sleek and reflected the light in every way possible, plus there was no frizz.

I noticed my curls lasted longer as well, and my hair smelt great thanks to this awesome mousse. I gave it a try this morning on my straight hair and noticed it does a good job keeping hair looking sleek and shiny. Plus the mousse has a lovely scent which I really like.

I love the packaging, it's a metallic hot pink tin and contains all the information you would ever need for a perfect hair day, everyday! Plus the spray nozzle is easy to use, and allows a sufficient amount of mousse to come out.

I would recommend you give this mousse a try, because it can be used on curls and straight hair, so it's quite easy to double up. The mousse retails for R54 for a 200ml which I find worth it because it gives hair an amazing feel and texture.
