The bottle is small, yet slim with a silver lid and the gorgeous turquoise liquid liner can be seen from the outside of the tube. Excitedly I opened the liner, I then noticed that the eyeliner was metallic which was a little disappointing as it does not appear to be metallic when looking at the bottle. Nevertheless I attempted to create my dramatic eye look and this is what i found: The eyeliner does dry quickly, with minimal smudging and the flexi brush was really helpful in attempting to paint on a straight line.
