In this particular shade, you really do not need much for it to show up on your cheeks. I don't actually use the little brush that it comes with as it picks up way too much product. I prefer the Real Techniques blush brush. It does not kick off a lot of product, but the pigment is strong in this one! It lasts all day long, but it can be a little patchy if not well blended. I don't have many blushes in my collection and this was my first blush purchase from Yardley. The pigmentation is great, it has a subtle shimmer which I like. The shade gives me a lovely pink flush and I find myself reaching for this blush time and again. It lasts me the whole day and the texture is super easy to blend. The packaging is compact and comes with it's own little brush and mirror. If you are going in for a long day, this blush will fit perfectly in your handbag for any touch-ups. I absolutely love the little brush, I like that it fits into the packaging. A brush per blush works perfectly. They work really well and are quite pigmented. The blend easily and they are long wearing. The brush that comes with it isn't too great for applying blush all over the cheek as it is quite small but that is the only downside to it. It almost reminds me of the Essence Silky Touch blushes, it is just a little bit harder. I have one in the Peachy Coral shade which I have been suing for months and months now! Cedar Rose leaves a beautiful and natural colour on my cheeks. I don't put on too much, otherwise it becomes too dark. It can be put on lightly to create a more natural look against my fair skin. It has wonderful staying power, too. I do not use the brush that comes with it though, it's definitely not something I liked. Aside from that, nice case, great colour, great price. The blush comes in four gorgeous shades and each contain a generous amount of shimmer, so if you're a matte blush gal then this probably is not for you. For the rest of us that welcome some shimmer, this blush is very easy to apply and it truly is long lasting - a good couple of hours or so! I was just a tad disappointed at how the Sherry Sparkle colour look on me. I loved the colour I saw on the compact and I was pleased to finally use a blusher that is a lot more natural looking.
