This product like many others has pros and cons.
The pros: It is hydrating and works well on dry under eye. It blends out very easily. It is extremely budget friendly.
The cons: It provides a medium coverage and therefore does not completely eliminate dark circles. The tube needs to be replaced quite often as it does not contain a lot of product and for a full coverage, you need to apply quite a bit.
I will repurchase this as it works great for those "no makeup" makeup days.

I Recently bought this concealer to try out as I saw it was nice and affordable and I was looking for something new to try for contouring , I don't have any dark circles under my eyes but I do use it as a bit of a highlighter under my eyes and on my brow bone, and for head just to add some light to those areas and It works well for that purpose
I did notice that it gives my skin under my eyes a bit of a tingling feeling which im not used to and not sure if that's normal 'lol'

If you are on a budget, then this is the concealer for you. It covers up redness and minor breakouts. Wil crease at the end of the day. I like to splurge on my foundation and concealer products, but if you don't… go for this one!

I am enjoying this concealer it really covers up panda eyes quite well, I have just found that there is not much in the actual tube so it has barely lasted me a month
