How To Apply Cat Eyeliner- The Easy Way!
Follow these easy steps to get the look:
Step 1: Following the natural shape of your lower lash line draw a thin line as if you were extending that line upwards on the outer corners
Step 2: Rim your upper lash line with liquid liner (Keep the thinnest part of your line along your inner corners)
Step 3: Position your liner at the top of your previous line then carefully draw a sideways line that connects to the outer part of your upper lash line. You'll be left with a sideways triangle shape along the outer parts of your eyes. Fill the shape in with liquid liner to create the cat eye design
Step 4: Thicken out your liner with a liquid or gel liner of your choice
