I have combination skin which tends to get very oily in the Tzone as the day goes by. When I initially bought this product it was summer soooo it didn't really work well for me, I then resorted to using the Neutrogena Hydroboost cream gel at night and the City Shield with SPF during the day which worked for me. As the seasons moved into winter, city shield ended up being a bit drying my skin lost its radiant glow. I started mixing the cream gel with the city shield and it made a HUGE difference.
I would definitely recommend this product to combination skin types who's skin gets a bit dry during winter. It provides moisture but doesn't make you super oily. Also it didn't make me break out.

Another product that was quite the hype. So, I really loved this initially. It checked so many boxes.

Affordable
Doubles as a primer
and the list goes on..... However, after a while I did start to notice that my skin was getting very congested.
This was a bummer for me, because other than that - I loved this moisturiser. I am curious to know if anyone else experienced this???

Okay beauties, this product is absolutely amazing and keeps skin hydrated and fresh all the time, but the reason I will not repurchase is because it's not for my skin. I would not recommend this product to you if you have combination or oily skin, especially if you suffer from acne because of oily skin.

I have to say this upfront. I am not a fan of facial gel, although i gave this one a chance and went in with an open mind.
I only used it in the evenings as it doesn't have any SPF or any sun protection which is why i refrained from using it in the mornings. It did however deliver on hydration, it was very smooth and subtle on the skins and my skin did feel very soft the next morning after using it, Which allowed for a much easier application of my makeup.
