All day seduction (640) – a bit on the orange side
Stay my Rose (160) – light pink
The applicator: It's flat and curved and this one doesn't have as much bend to it, which allows for extremely precise application. It’s really lovely
Texture and shine: I found these glosses are not overly sticky it’s actually very slight. It feels nice and creamy on the lips. I also don't find it to be overly runny. It’s a light weight gloss. The shine fades rather quickly within half an hour and leaves more of a matte finish behind. For something called "Stay Glossy" I was actually hoping it would last longer.
Fragrance and flavour: I found the fragrance to be sweet and not overpowering. No flavour.
Staying power: After using these glosses a few times I noticed that they never lasted for more than an hour on my lips. For a gloss that says (right on the tube), "up to 6 hours" of "last & shine”.
Overall: I love the applicator, shades, texture and fragrance. The staying power was rather disappointing but for the price, I would say they are really very affordable and I really like it.

To know me is to know my love affair with lip gloss, it goes way back to school days! Its safe to say I know a good lip gloss when I use one :p
Rimmel stay Glossy lip Gloss is not way up there on the scale but it is a pretty good gloss . The Gloss is thick yet not heavy on the lips or sticky although the smell will take some getting use too.
I have mine in a clear shade ,which I use over my lipsticks and a pink shade called 'captivate me. Another downside is that it doesn't last very long so regular touch ups are required. All in all a relatively good lip gloss that adds that extra oomph to my lips!!

Rimmel stay glossy lipgloss is super glossy and fabulous. Lasts for hours, smells great and feels good one the lips. Great sparkle and cost effective. Would recommend to all ladies

I really love this stuff. The color is beautiful and give enough pigmentation. The gloss itself is a perfect texture and doesn't feel to thick or sticky.

I’m not much of a gloss lover. I prefer fuss-free balms, stains and long wearing lipsticks because – to be honest- I’m really lazy and hate reapplying lip colour all the time.
That said I needed a sweet gloss for my wedding, where touch ups are important, and on the recommendation of the makeup artist I hired for the day headed to Dischem to buy a gloss to pop in my purse.
Me being me I’m terrible at making decisions so instead of one gloss I walked away with two – I bought Rimmel’s Stay Glossy lip gloss in Stay my Rose and All Day Seduction.
Stay My Rose, the colour I ended up wearing on my big day, is a beautiful pinky pink. It had a subtle shimmer and good pay off. The colour is very flattering to my pale, cool toned skin and I find myself reaching for it a lot in the days that followed. It’s not over powering and gives you that final touch to a polished look.
All Day Seduction is the first of the pair that caught my eye. It’s a very pretty apricot/peachy colour with little gold flecks of shimmer. Also very flattering, but I think it would look better on someone with a warmer under tone to their skin.
The price is very reasonable at R70. But I don’t think the ‘lasts for six hours’ tag line is very accurate. It’s a gloss and it wears off pretty quickly, that said I do think it lasts just a tad longer than other glosses.
I really like the formula. A little on the thick side it goes on well and isn’t tacky. I hate tack y glosses.
I don’t know if I’d repurchase, but all-in-all it’s a good product.

I purchased this product in “430 All Night Long” which is a shimmery purple-plum colour with very fine multi-coloured glitter. The gloss is very well packaged and the wand feels comfortable in your hand. It has a doe-foot applicator that is more contoured than usual which makes it easier to apply the gloss to both lips at the same time (I know it sounds strange but you should try it). The glitter doesn’t feel gritty and the gloss applies smoothly. The packaging claims 6hrs of wear but realistically I would say more like 3hrs with no eating or drinking. As the gloss wears off the glitter does tend to migrate around your mouth and leave you sparkly like a certain teenage vampire. This lipgloss is not as opaque as a MAC lipgloss but is less sheer than the Rimmel Vinyl lipglosses. I personally don’t consider them to be sticky but the consistency is thicker than sheerer glosses. I really like this product and would repurchase it in a less glittery shade.

This nice and simple lipgloss comes in a cute packaging and a range of beautiful shades. It has a straight sponge applicator that is very soft and applies just the right amount of gloss onto your lips. The colour I purchased this in (I can’t find the name of the colour) is a soft peachy colour with fine golden shimmers in it. When I applied this gloss to my lips, it appears almost transparent with soft shimmers in it, so the colour of the lipgloss was not very true to what you see in the container. But I still like it because I normally use light coloured lipsticks and this gloss will add the right amount of gloss to my lips. The lipgloss does give your lips that slight wet look though which some ladies might not like. The lipgloss is slightly sticky as well, but not anywhere as sticky as MAC Lipglass. It also has a very slight floral fragrance to it. You can’t smell it when it’s on your lips but you can definitely smell it when you smell the applicator.
I wouldn’t say that this lipgloss moisturises my lips, but it definitely does not dry it out. I’m not too sure about it lasting 6 hours... Maybe if you didn’t eat or drink in 6 hours and just sat and looked pretty it would last that long. But it never lasted that long for me.
